Can’t find your Amazon Ads Portfolio feature? Don’t see it in the left-hand navigation menu? Here is how to find it.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Campaigns: Log into your Amazon Ads account and click on Campaigns in the left navigation.
Select your campaigns: Check the box next to each campaign you want to add to the portfolio.
Open Bulk Options: Look for the icon in the top bar that appears next to the filter and edit icons. Hover over it — it will reveal the label “Bulk Options.” Click it.

Scroll down to Portfolio: A dropdown menu will appear with sections including Quick Actions, Campaign Details, and Update. Scroll all the way to the bottom. The Portfolio section is the last item in the list.
Tip: If you cannot see the Portfolio section, zoom your browser out (try Ctrl/Cmd minus a few times). Amazon’s dropdown cuts off at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5: Create the portfolio Under the Portfolio section you will see three options:
Move to portfolio
Remove from portfolio
Create portfolio.
Click Create portfolio, give it a name, and save it.
Step 6: Once a campaign is moved into the new portfolio, then you can set a budget cap. Budget caps cannot be set during initial portfolio creation. Once the portfolio is saved, go back and edit it to add a spending cap.
Step 7: Confirm Your new portfolio will now appear in the Campaigns view and is ready to use.
Why This Is Confusing
The “Bulk Options” label gives no indication that portfolio management lives there, and the Portfolio section is below the visible screen area for most users, making it easy to miss entirely.
